Lesson 21: Gut Check- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

We all have been given so many gifts, but perhaps one of the most precious gifts we were given was that of our natural instinct. Every creature on this planet has it. We have all witnessed it in animals when they know they are being preyed upon. They sense danger, and their instinct tells them to run. At that point they have two choices. They can either listen to their instincts, and flee to safety, or they can ignore it, and stay in harms way. As humans, we also have that option. We can either listen to our gut feelings, or we can choose to ignore them. For us, our instincts, or gut feelings are very subtle. They are like a gentle butterfly, flapping its wings, right in the core of our being. That is why it is called a gut feeling. It is in your center, your core. The more you open yourself up to receiving the messages it has for you, the more it will speak to you. Your intuition is powerful. It provides answers to even the most complicated issues. As you begin to utilize this precious gift, you will soon see that it is one of the most valuable gifts you have been given. Your intuition will be your best resource in the toughest of times. Listen to your gut, and flee to safety as it so subtly directs you to. As you continue to listen, your instincts will steer you in the direction that you desire in your life, it will show you the way. It will provide you with the answers necessary to move forward into greatness. Step back from the fast paced world you live in today, and take a moment and tap into your divine guidance!

This statement is so true and I believe everyone experiences this feeling on a daily basis. Sometimes we don't act upon it nor do we recognize it,but our gut feelings are real. Thank you Stacy for reminding me.
