Lesson 30: Change- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

On the tomb of a bishop in Westmister Abbey are these words:

When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country.
But it, too, seemed immovable.
As I grew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.
And now as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I had only changed my self first, then by example I would have changed my family.
From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then have been able to better my country and, who knows, I may have even changed the world.

Change creates unique opportunities, but only for those individuals who recognize it, and seize it. You see, if it is change that you seek, then you must first be the change that you desire. Begin with yourself and heal old hurts, mend past relationships, forgive and love. Because not only do you possess the power to change who you are, but you also have the power to change the world. Your personal journey of transformation begins within yourself, and holds for you a lifetime full of abundance, peace, prosperity, financial freedom, and much more, as long as you remain open to all possibilities. You are your own creator, and you have been blessed with the unique ability to choose the life you desire. Move forward in your life and Choose Courage, Choose Faith, and above all, create a shift in human kind by becoming the CHANGE this world deserves!

Move forward in love and light!

Lesson 29: The Little Things- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

Before my husband and I were married, we dated for almost two years. During that time he lived in an apartment about 20 minutes from my home. Because he fit the typical bachelor model, his apartment had never seen a broom, mop or toilet scrubber. Needless to say, his bachelor pad was quite disgusting. It bothered him to have a untidy home, but he worked long hours, and was rarely home, so his apartment ended up last on his priority list.

One day while he was at work, I used his spare key to get into his apartment. Equipped with all the finest cleaning products from Pine Sol to Ajax, I scrubbed his apartment from top to bottom. When I left, his home was shinny clean and vibrant. He returned home several hours later to a sparkling apartment and a card on the table that said “I Love You”.

All it took was a little time and elbow grease on my part to make a huge impact on him. You see, it’s the little things you do in your life which carry the most value. It is not about the amount of money you spend, but rather how much thought and heart you put into it.

Make a difference in someone’s life today by doing something that touches their heart, and NOT your wallet. You will find that the little things you do today are what you will be remembered by tomorrow.

Lesson 28: The Law of Attraction- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

The Law of Attraction states that you attract to your life whatever you give your attention energy and focus to. It has been described by many with a metaphor of a genie in a bottle. Whatever it is you give your energy to, the genie grants your wish each time. The reason this works is because we live in a universe governed by law. The law of attraction is a universal law which allows us to attract into our lives whatever it is that we desire by placing our attention upon it. So what is it that you are attracting into your life? Most people place so much energy and attention on their misery that they just end up being more miserable. When you place your attention on your lack of happiness, you will end up being unhappy.

It’s time to redirect your thoughts, and place your attention upon that which you DO want, instead of what you don’t want. You see, the quality of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. By maintaining a healthy way of thinking you can have a life that not only flourishes, but one that is filled with all your heart desires. Go forward today and conquere your thoughts because you are the only one who can create your own happiness.

Lesson 27: Learning- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

I want you to think back to a time when you feel as if you failed. Maybe you didn’t do as well in school as you had hoped, or perhaps you failed to perform the necessary tasks at your job to receive a promotion. It could be that you feel you have failed as a parent, or spouse. Despite what you did to succeed, you still failed. In those moments of “failure” you view them as a negative part of your life, when in all actuality; they are your biggest blessings. In fact, your failures could be the most paramount blessing you will ever receive in life. That’s because your sole purpose in life is to learn. You are here to learn about yourself, learn about others, learn jobs, become knowledgeable, learn to have faith, and much more. Your failures allow you to learn in a way that your successes do not.

Remember back to a time that you did something “right” the first time you tried it. It came natural to you. It was simple. It didn’t really take much effort, and so it really wasn’t necessary to try it any other way. What did you learn from that easy situation that created a major impact on your life? Probably not much!

Now, think back to a time when you tried to do something over and over and you just couldn’t do it. You might have become frustrated, confused and discouraged. Perhaps this could have been a marriage that you tried to reconcile and was unable to, or maybe this is a child that no matter what you did, they just didn’t turn out the way you thought they “should”. Whatever the situation, those so called failures of yours are actually your greatest teachers. You take the lessons that you have learned and you begin to apply them in your everyday life.

The failures you have experienced in your life are your supreme teachers. They teach you a new way of being. They are what you take with you into each new situation. They are what you have to look back on as a reference. They have taught you things that no success could have. The so called failures are your greatest ally. Bless them each day, for they are what have molded you into the person you are today.

Lesson 26: Taking Risks- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

How determined are you? Just how bad do you want to improve your way of being? What exactly are you willing to risk to ensure that you have all you desire? If there is one thing I can promise you, it’s that our universe is gracious and giving to all those who are willing. You must be willing to step out of the little bubble you live in called your comfort zone, and step forward into a new defining moment for yourself. As you gradually move out of the comfort zone you live in and begin to take risks, what you are actually saying to the universe is that you deserve more. The more risks you take, the more opportunity you will be given to take risks. The more willing and open you make yourself to opportunity, the more reward you will receive.

It’s just that simple!!

Think any self made multi-millionaire; do you think that they just immediately became rich by sitting in their cubicle in their comfort zone? No, they didn’t! They had to expand their way of living by taking risks, and they had to actually trust that when they took those risks, they would actually grow, learn and prosper from them in some way. This is not to say that when you take a risk you will instantaneously become rich and happy. What it says is that as you take risks, you begin to open the door for yourself. You will begin to trust yourself to take more risk, and you will also begin to trust the decisions you are making. To take risks doesn’t mean make irrational impulse moves. It means that you decide to do something that is well thought out and planned which you haven’t previously done in your life. You do this with the intention of growing to a new level of being within. When you step out of your comfort zone today and take a risk, trust the decisions you are making, and know that if your palms aren’t sweating, you’re probably still comfortable. Move forward today into risk and a new found growth!

Lesson 25: The Angel within- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

“I saw the angel in the marble and I carved until I set him free.”

That was Michelangelo talking about how he approached his work as a sculptor. He didn’t build the statue, in other words, but got rid of the unnecessary stuff that was surrounding it. He absolutely knew that beyond what the eye could see was a beautiful being, waiting to soar. So what is the marble in your life? What is it that you must work through in order to free yourself, and allow your heart and spirit to guide you? Perhaps you are still hanging onto that bit of resentment towards someone you love, or maybe you haven’t fully forgiven yourself. Whatever it is, it’s holding you back from achieving your true potential. Review the previous exercises if need be, and truly dig deep into your heart. Continue each day to improve and progress in your life. Just as Michelangelo did, I suggest that you try this approach in 2009. You have the potential to create miracles in your life by chiseling away the extraneous material that’s obscuring your own unique beauty. It is right in front of you, waiting to take form, all you need to do is allow yourself to see the angel that you are.

Lesson 24: Clear Away the Clutter- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

Over the past 6 months, I have had the privilege of walking through numerous homes that were on the market for sale. Each home that I walked through had its own unique layout, and individuality, but they all shared one common denominator, they were all full of clutter! Clutter from the homeowners work space, the kids’ toys, laundry, etc. In fact, most of the garages that I went into, were filled to the brim with junk! The cars were parked outside.

The point is that our society tends to hang onto everything! Clutter creates chaos!! It is time to de-clutter you homes, and your lives. Don’t keep things just for the sake of it. In order to simplify your life, it is important to simplify our material possessions, because when you have disorder in your living environment it is difficult to appreciate the benefits of a simple lifestyle. Keep what you need and throw away what you never use. If you haven’t used it in the last year, it is time to either donate it, or throw it away. By clearing out the clutter you will not only be more organized, but, you will also be receiving the gift of inner calmness. You see, when you simplify your life by clearing away the clutter, you begin to create that inner calmness within yourself. You begin to create a sense of peace, tranquility, and serenity. Not only in your home, but within yourself!

Choose a new, clean, simple way of living today for yourself. Clean out that closet, car, garage, basement, or whatever else may be cluttering up your life. Do this one simple step, and you will soon notice that the clutter in your mind, in your heart, and in your relationships, will quickly dissipate.

Lesson 23: Setting Expectations- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days.

Think back to a time in your life where you feel as if you have had less than desirable results. As you are remembering that circumstance, think about what made you feel that your results were undesirable. Why is it that at that particular time you felt as if you had failed? What was your situation “supposed” to look like in order for you to succeed?

You will always be able to answer these questions with answers that do one of two things… First, you could answer as a victim. Or, you could answer as the person who could do more. Either way you are setting yourself up for disappointment. As you have learned from previous lessons, being the victim will absolutely create unsuccessful results in your life. The same is true for the person who expects the world from him/herself. You see, you are the only person who gets to be in command of the expectations you place on yourself and others. As you place expectations upon yourself that are out of reach, you end up being one giant let down to yourself. The same is true when you place expectations onto others. When they don’t behave in such a way that meets your expectations, you become upset, angry, disappointed, hurt, sad, or you may even end up resenting that person.

The trick is to allow yourself and others to just “BE”. When you allow yourself to just be, it is saying that you absolutely know your own potential, and yet you will not place a starting or stopping point on it. You know that you will be successful, but, it doesn’t have to “look” a certain way. You are allowing yourself to flourish without placing your expectations on yourself and others. As you allow yourself and others to stand in your own greatness without placing expectations, you will find that the amount of growth you experience is exponential!

For today, I want you to make a list of at least 20 expectations you place upon yourself, and at least 20 expectations you place on others around you. They could be about your spouse, your children, your friends, your boss, or anyone else. As you write out these expectations, I want you to place an “S” next to the expectations which serve your highest good. As for the ones that do not have an “S” beside them, they are the ones that you get to let go of. Free yourself of these expectations, because they are what is holding you back from achieving all that you desire. You will find that as you let go of the unworthy expectations in your life, you will cultivate new relationships and new miracles in your life.

Allow yourself to Let go, and just BE!!

Lesson 22:Be Inspired - Stacy Wells Provides Free 30 Day Coaching

Below is a beautiful message by an unkown author. My hope is that you can take this message and apply it in your life.

There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She
hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always
there for her. She told her boyfriend, "If I could only see
the world, I will marry you."

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages
came off, she was able to see everything, including her
boyfriend.

He asked her,"Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?" The
girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The
sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected
that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life
led her to refuse to marry him.

Her boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her
saying: "Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before
they were yours, they were mine."

This is how the human brain often works when our status changes.
Only a very few remember what life was like before, and who
was always by their side in the most painful situations.

Life Is a Gift

Today before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't
speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone
who has nothing to eat.

Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone
who's crying out to GOD for a companion.

Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who went
too early to heaven.

Before you complain about your children - Think of someone who
desires children but they're barren.

Before you argue about your dirty house someone didn't clean or
sweep - Think of the people who are living in the streets.

Before whining about the distance you drive Think of someone who
walks the same distance with their feet.

And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the
unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your
job.

But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning
another - Remember that not one of us is without sin.

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on
your face and think: you're alive and still
around.

Count your blessings, live from the outcome, have gratitude, and above all, have faith!!!

Lesson 21: Gut Check- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

We all have been given so many gifts, but perhaps one of the most precious gifts we were given was that of our natural instinct. Every creature on this planet has it. We have all witnessed it in animals when they know they are being preyed upon. They sense danger, and their instinct tells them to run. At that point they have two choices. They can either listen to their instincts, and flee to safety, or they can ignore it, and stay in harms way. As humans, we also have that option. We can either listen to our gut feelings, or we can choose to ignore them. For us, our instincts, or gut feelings are very subtle. They are like a gentle butterfly, flapping its wings, right in the core of our being. That is why it is called a gut feeling. It is in your center, your core. The more you open yourself up to receiving the messages it has for you, the more it will speak to you. Your intuition is powerful. It provides answers to even the most complicated issues. As you begin to utilize this precious gift, you will soon see that it is one of the most valuable gifts you have been given. Your intuition will be your best resource in the toughest of times. Listen to your gut, and flee to safety as it so subtly directs you to. As you continue to listen, your instincts will steer you in the direction that you desire in your life, it will show you the way. It will provide you with the answers necessary to move forward into greatness. Step back from the fast paced world you live in today, and take a moment and tap into your divine guidance!

Lesson 20: Your Results, Your Way- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

In life you can choose to live day by day, taking one step at a time, and one day at a time, or you can choose to live each day by an outcome which you have already chosen. When you live one day at a time, basically what you are telling your sub-conscious mind is that you’re not quite sure what it is that you want to do in life, but you do know that you want to make it through the day. You make decisions based on that particular day, and the things you need to do to get it over with. Living from the outcome is much different. You choose an outcome that you desire out of your life, and you live in such a way that will enable you to have exactly what it is that you want. When you are living from your outcome, you tend to make decisions based on inspiration. Whereas, if you are living day by day, you tend to make irrational decisions based on desperation. When you begin living a life based on a desired outcome, you become more aware of the things that need to happen in order for you to succeed, and you begin to live as if they had already happened. For example, if one of your desires is that you loose 50 pounds this year, you would not be living from the outcome if you are stopping by McDonald’s every other day for lunch because you didn’t take one to work with you. If you were living from the outcome, meaning that you have already lost those 50 pounds, would you be stopping at a fast food restaurant for lunch on a regular basis? No, you wouldn’t. If you were truly living from the outcome, you would have packed a nutritious lunch and eaten it at work. You would also be working out regularly, and making proper choices to maintain your healthy lifestyle. You would be acting out of inspiration, rather than stopping by the fat factory for lunch, and acting out of desperation.

As you begin to make the transition over to living from the outcome, rather than day by day, I challenge you to be extremely conscious of the choices you are making. Ask yourself every time you make a decision whether the answer will catapult you towards your outcome of true results, or whether it will keep you trapped in your day to day life. If in fact it will assist you in living from the outcome you desire, go for it. If not, choose another way! Choose a life in which you get to decide. Choose to create a path of success! Choose inspiration!

Less 19: RETURN ON INVESTMENT-Stacy Wells Offers FREE coaching for 30 days

As an individual you invest in stocks, homes, collectables, bonds savings etc. You do this with the idea that when you make the initial investment you should receive a return of money on it. Also known as ROI or return on investment. Out of the list of investments which one will allow you to receive the most knowledge? Which one will give you a ROI 10 fold? Which one will continue giving on a daily basis for the rest of your life? Which one is really worth the investment? Although all of these could potentially make you a lot of money that’s really all they can do. You invest your money to receive more money. But what if I told you that you can invest your money and receive freedom, joy, excitement, purpose and love each day for the rest of your life, would you buy it? Would it be worth it? Yes it absolutely would be! The investment I’m talking about is the investment in YOU! Investing in yourself is without a doubt the most valuable investment you can make. As you invest in yourself by reading personal growth books, attending seminars, or hiring a personal coach, you truly are investing in your personal well being for the rest of your life. The return on investment you will receive for doing these few things is colossal. You see, as you invest in yourself, you will receive lessons that will serve you for a life time. You can take the messages and lessons you have received and apply them to your life each and every day. That’s a great investment! Empower yourself today by making an investment in you. Trust me, the amount you spend today, will pay off every day of your future!

Lesson 18: Meditation- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

If I asked you to sit down in a room with absolutely no television, no phones, no children, no animals, no I pod, no computer, nothing, except for yourself for 30 minutes, could you do it? Could you sit in your own company without falling asleep and actually enjoy yourself? Most people can not, and I’m going to tell you that if you can’t sit and be in your own company for at least 30 minutes and enjoy yourself, then how do you expect others to enjoy your company? Heal within yourself first!

Meditation is such an amazing way to get to know who you are. It allows you to open yourself up to a higher level of consciousness, while learning faith and patience. Meditation can be done several ways. You can use a guided meditation, or you can sit on your own. You can listen to music, or you can be in silence. You can do it sitting up, or laying down. However you choose to meditate, the significance stays the same. It is when you choose to shut your mind off to all of the “noise” that you can experience yourself in a state of bliss. When you permit yourself to receive, the messages that you will be given can change your life. Whether its five minutes or thirty minutes, by opening your heart and soul, you can transform yourself from the inside out. Be in your own company today, and experience the sheer tranquility and inner peace that is awaiting you.

Lesson 17: Play, Play, Play- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

Think back to when you were 4 years old. For most young children, some of the most difficult decisions in life at that age were whether to play with a set of jacks, or go outside and ride on a bike. Either way, you just couldn’t go wrong. The stresses of the world were practically non-existent. Kids were busy having fun, and being kids. So what happened as you grew up? Why is it that when you became an adult, the childlike spirit that resided within, suddenly diminished? The most common response to that question tends to be...life happens. We suddenly have to “grow up” and take care of responsibilities. Very true!! As adults you do have a certain amount of responsibility, however, that does not give you an excuse to stop having fun with your life! As you experience fun in your life, you allow yourself to experience the joy and excitement of your inner child. In essence, you are experiencing the true, honest, playful child within your soul. The more you open yourself up to experience the entire part of your being, the faster you will learn who you really are inside. Allow that cheerful and lighthearted child within to come out and play today. Maybe you could take a walk to the park and play on the playground, or perhaps you could go roller skating. Whatever it is that you decide to do with the day, be sure to make it full of childlike excitement and fun.

Happy Playing!

Lesson 16: The Power of Relationships- Stacy Wells offers 30 Days of FREE Coaching

Relationships are the one thing that every person in this world has in common. Each person has a relationship with either them self, with others, or with their own divine source. Relationships are a crucial part of our well-being. As human beings, our hearts long for closeness. We long for that feeling of intimacy, that everlasting bond to either someone or something. As relational beings, when you allow negativity to build up in our relationships, either with ourselves, with others, or our divine source, what you are actually doing, is preventing yourself from having the positive vibration that allows healthy relationships. Essentially you are cutting off your life supply. Think of it like this… When you are watering your plants with the garden hose and a full water supply, the plants grow to be big, beautiful and healthy. But, when there’s a kink in the hose, it cuts off the water that the plants need to grow. For a while, the plants will seem fine, but eventually, they will wither away. We are the same. Our relationships are the water that allows us to grow. Without an ample, positive supply, we too will whither away. It’s the positive vibrations and experiences that we have with our relationships that enable us to live a full and healthy life. Take time today to mend old relationships. That might mean that you will have to mend your relationship with yourself. It also might mean that you get to mend them with others. However it will look for you today, know that as you heal these relationships, you are giving yourself the opportunity to maintain a more affirmative energy flow into your life.

Lesson 15: Visualization- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

What is it going to take for you to achieve your goals this year? What is it going to take for you to really come into your own and start living? Each year by this time, many people have already fallen off the New Year Resolution wagon, with no intention of getting back on until the next year. The newness of the year has alreay worn off. It's a vicious cycle that far too many people engage in year after year. So, if you are one of them, and you haven’t been following my coaching system for this New Year, then it’s time to get back on the wagon and sit in the driver’s seat! Ultimately, you are the only one who gets to decide what it is you want for your life. Begin now, and launch yourself into a brighter future.

Make today your day of CLEAR intention. Regardless of whether you are just starting my coaching, or if you have been following since day one, get your intention clear! Write out EXACTLY what it is you want for this year. Now, I know that you have already written out your goals, but this time I want you to make it juicy! Add in all the details of how you will feel once you have accomplished it. How will you look? What will you be feeling? Who will be with you? However it’s going to look, I want you to write it out as clear as you possibly can. Once you have written it out, I want you to visualize it. SEE yourself as if you have already accomplished these goals. Smell the smells and hear the sounds. Visualize it as if it has already happened. Set a couple minutes aside in the morning and a couple minutes aside at night and visualize your accomplishment. Each time you visualize, I want you to make it more vivid, more colorful, and more flamboyant. The more real it is, the faster you will achieve your goals, because, you are actually re- programming your sub-conscious mind. Once you have re-programmed your sub-conscious mind, it has no choice but to follow through with what has been stored. It will automatically begin seeing your vision as you have seen it. You will begin to create a shift in your mindset, and your vision will soon be your reality. So, Dream Big, Dream Bold, and Dream For Your Future!

Lesson 14: Cherish Your Life- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

All too often, I hear people say “If I can just get through this situation than I can get back to normal.” Well, I am here to tell you, that whatever you are experiencing in the current moment, IS your normal! Most of the time, people spend their lives waiting for the final result; and our life is not about the final result, it’s about the journey! Frequently people are waiting to find their “soul mate “ in life so that they can be happy, or they are waiting for their children to reach a certain age so they can have “more fun” with them and perhaps play certain sports or do more challenging activities with them. Humanity is more concerned with reaching a certain point in their life, rather than granting themselves permission to enjoy each moment as it presents itself.

Think about this: If you have ever watched any reality television, you know that what you are watching is a person’s journey, while waiting for a final result(to see them win). But, where is all of the airtime spent? Is it spent on the final result, or is it spent on the person’s actually journey to reach that winning point? The hype of the show revolves around the individuals journey, not the finale. So why is it then that we will take time out of your lives to enjoy a reality t.v. stars journey, yet, we seldom embrace our own?

You must begin to embrace and take pleasure in your own journey of life because before you know it, it will be over, and you will have been so busy waiting for a better moment, that your life will have passed you by.So, I want you to realize now, that it’s not about the end result, it’s about the journey!Cherish every moment that you have because once it is gone, you will never get it back!

Take time out today to stop and smell the roses, or in otherwords...
ENJOY THE RIDE!!!

Lesson 13: Energy- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

Your body is one giant vessel of energy! You are filled from head to toe with infinite amounts of energy. Because you are connected to the universe, your higher power, whoever or whatever that may be, has supplied your vessel with a never-ending energy supply. You are essentially on tap with the universe. Having said that, if you are experiencing anything less than vast amounts of energy, it can only mean one thing; it means that in some way, you have unplugged from your energy source. There is something in your life that you have created that is tampering with your energy supply. It could be that you are allowing too many toxins into your body, or it could be that you have too much weight, weighing you down. You could have to much fear, anxiety, guilt and resentment built up in yourself. Whatever the reason, you are not allowing that energy to flow freely into and out of your body. If, in fact you would like to experience more life, more vitality, and more energy, you need to plug back into your source. Get re-connected to your higher power and re-establish that connection. However that may look to you whether it means that you pray, or attend a church of some sort. You could try meditation or, you could cleanse your body of all the toxins that have built up. Perhaps listening to music allows you to have that feeling of closeness, or possibly being of service to others. Whatever it is for you, take time this week to tap into the overflowing amounts of energy you were granted. You are energy! Energy is your birth-right. Get PLUGGED back IN!!

Lesson 12: Forgiveness- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

If personal transformation is what you are after, you must be willing to take the necessary steps to achieve that. Part of those steps requires that you let go, and let God! Forgiveness is key if you want to live a life of prosperity and happiness. You must be able to look at your life as if you were watching it on a movie screen. See all of the characters in your story, and once the movie has ended, turn it off, and go home. Let go of those feelings that maintain that grip on your life and be willing to free yourself from all of the guilt, resentment, or any other feelings that you may still be holding onto. When you hang onto past hurts, it is no different than having poisonous venom running through your veins ready to destroy you from the inside out at any given moment. Forgiveness is a path to freedom. It can free your soul. A number of small studies done by college students across the nation have shown that when you forgive, you will experience decreased anger, anxiety, depression, grief and also your vulnerability to substance abuse decreases as well, making forgiveness another vital part of your overall health and well being. Start by forgiving your self for not being who you are “supposed” to be. Forgive yourself for getting mad, or for hurting someone else. Heal yourself from the inside and the outside world will begin healing with you. You can reconcile old differences with your past, and move forward into a brighter future.

Begin your transformation today into a life of forgiveness by writing a letter to yourself and allow any pent up, poisonous, emotions to be set free on your paper. Forgive yourself and any one else who you feel deserves it in your letter, and then take that letter and do 1 of 2 things: Either: Set it free by burning it, or you can get a couple of balloons, and tie your letter to the end of and let them float away. Step back in that moment of release and take 3 big, deep breaths. Allow the poison to drift away from your soul. Breath in forgiveness. Let go of your past and free yourself for your new future. Your life is waiting!

Lesson 11: Laughter- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

A customer was bothering the waiter in a restaurant. First, he asked that the air conditioning be turned up because he was too hot, then he asked that it be turned down because it was to cold. This went on for about half an hour. Surprisingly, the waiter was very patient; he walked back and forth adjusting the temperature without ever getting angry. So finally, a second customer asked him why he didn’t throw out the other demanding customer.” Oh, I don’t really care, or mind,” said the waiter with a smile. “We don’t even have an air conditioner.”

I love to laugh! I often laugh so hard I make myself cry and my stomach cramp up. I can’t imagine my life without laughter. It is an essential ingredient in your life recipe! According to a study done by the University of Maryland Medical Center, a good hearty plate of laughter has many benefits. It can help to reduce stress, lower your blood pressure, elevate your mood, improve your brain functioning, and just give you an overall sense of happiness. So, not only does it improve your mood, but it also improves your overall health and well-being. Funny things are everywhere if you just look around. You have access to an unlimited amount of jokes and funny videos online, and don’t forget about “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” they always have something worth laughing about. Laughter is such a vital part of life. Think about a time when someone around you was laughing hysterically ; wasn’t it hard not to laugh right along with them, even if you didn’t know what it was they were laughing at? That’s because laughter is contagious. Even in the worst mood possible, where there is laughter, you are bound to catch yourself smiling or laughing with them. Since there are so many benefits to laughing, I want you to laugh at anything and everything possible today. Laugh until you are doubled over from a stomach ache and your eyes are watering. Laugh until you can’t laugh anymore because once you allow yourself to stop engaging in the things which will support your wellness, you will become “the stick in the mud.” Start today by pulling the stick out, and laughing it up… you have nothing to loose, and everything to gain!

LOL!!!

Lesson 10: Service- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

According the Webster’s Dictionary, Service is defined as “The act or occupation of serving, the manner in which one serves or is served.” What does service mean to you? We are all served daily by the people and relationships in our lives whether we recognize it or not. We are served by our waiters and waitresses. We are served by our military. We are served by our parents, spouses and children. And, we are also serving ourselves. Our world revolves around people giving to others. Including you! You see, it takes very little effort to be of service to others, and yet the rewards are beyond what anyone could imagine. Service is and always will be the HIGHEST form of LOVE. When you are in a space of providing service to another person, you immediately shift your focus away from yourself. You then become more concerned with loving another than drowning in your sorrows. Serving another human being is beyond satisfying; it is by far the most rewarding gesture you can make! Giving of yourself shows your selflessness. It shows your kindness and respect for all of humanity, and above all, it shows your true character! By allowing yourself to be in service to others you are opening your soul and allowing your spirit to shine through. Below is a list of a few ways you can be outwardly focused and not have to spend much money doing it.

1. Make a Meal for your family, neighbors, co-workers, or friends.
2. Shovel the snow your neighbors’ driveway.
3. Babysitting for your family, neighbors, co-workers, or friends.
4. Doing community service.
5. Help feed and cloth the homeless.
6. Volunteer at any Non-Profit organization.
7. Give your spouse a back massage.
8. Help you children clean up their rooms after a long day.
9. Donate your used clothing to a needy family or charity of your choice.
10. Take flowers to a stranger in the hospital.

I would like you to choose at least one thing you can do from the list above, or use one of your own ideas, and incorporate your act of service as you go about your day. As you are being outwardly focused, take notice of how it makes you feel to provide value to others’ lives. Take time today to pay it forward, as others have so graciously done for you. As you do this, know that you are not only serving others, but you are also filling your spirit full of love.

Lesson 9: Time- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

What you do with your time NOW determines how you will spend your time LATER. Time is the only thing that we can not get back. Once the moment is gone, it is lost forever. Yet, we waste many moments, minutes and days on mindless activities that have nothing to do with our life passions or purposes. People live their lives based around the notion that there is always going to be more time to accomplish what needs to be done. Our time is far too precious to have that belief attached to it, and it is all too often taken for granted. What are you currently doing with your time that will produce results for your future? How are you adding value to each minute in your life? Are you throwing away precious moments that could potentially be helpful to you later on down the road? What are some of the ways YOU waste time throughout your day?

Here is a list of just a FEW things that people do during daily life that wastes time…

Watching TV
Surfing the Internet
Sleeping
Gaming: i.e.: Nintendo, Play Station, etc.
Waiting at restaurants for a seat
Waiting in line at the market
Taking Breaks to smoke
Sitting in Dr.’s Offices/ Emergency Rooms
Reading Fantasy Land books
Texting
Casual Phone conversation
Listening to music

There are many things that we could do to add value to our lives while we are waiting. While at the Dr.’s office, or in the line at the market, you could be reading a book, or using that time to visualize your dreams! Or you could sleep only 8 hours instead of 10. There are many ways to make your time more productive. It’s time to get creative because our time is so valuable! Our time is so precious! Our time will pass us by unless we take advantage of it!

Today I want you to make a list throughout the day of every activity you do and how much time you are spending on each. At the end of the day, go through your list and evaluate each activity that you have done and see if it is supportive of your life passions and goals, or if it simply something that is sucking the time away from you. Once you can see what it is that is taking up your time, YOU can make a shift and take it back. I know this exercise sounds time consuming, but trust me you would probably be wasting your time on something else. This will allow you to see on paper if you really do value your time, or if you are like most of the population and take it for granted by not seeing it for the true gift it really is.

If all you have is time, then it’s time to get busy!

Lesson 7: Gratitude- Stacy Wells offers FREE COACHING for 30 Days

As you were growing up perhaps your parents or grandparents said to you, “Count Your Blessings.” As simple as that statement may sound, it is quite profound because gratitude is the most powerful magnetic force in this universe. Gratitude is a virtue even to those of you who may be experiencing your darkest hour;because there is always something to be grateful for. Just remember, there is always someone in this world that has it worse than you! When you express your gratitude in life, it can turn all of your negatives into positives. We are so incredibly blessed in our lives, and when you put your energy into your blessings, you will begin to create more of that which you are thankful for. The more gratitude you express, the more your soul is nurtured. For it is in those times when your thankfulness is expressed that you experience nothing short of heaven on earth.

I would like to encourage you for the next week to make a list of at least 20 things you are grateful for each day. Keep your list with you at all times and add to it over the next week. If at any time during the next week you begin feeling like the “victim”, pull out your list and continue writing more blessings. This will assist you in making a conscious shift because you can not play the victim while you are in a state of absolute gratitude.

"To speak gratitude is courteous and pleasant, to enact gratitude is generous and noble, but to live gratitude is to touch Heaven."

~ Johannes A. Gaertner ~

Lesson 6: Free Your Emotions – Stacy Wells is Providing FREE COACHING for 30 Days

As your coach, I am here to guide you and show you a new way of being. Today I would like to encourage you to take an inventory of your emotions. Are you felling happy or are you sad? Are you lonely, or are you surrounding yourself with relationships which are supportive of you and your life goals? Are you mad and angry with the world around you or are you experiencing peace within yourself? Regardless of what emotion you are currently experiencing, I challenge you to take a moment and just “BE” with that emotion. Ask yourself whether this emotion is serving your highest good and well being. If it is, great; if it isn’t, decide right NOW to let that emotion go. Free yourself from the hatred, resentment, and sadness that you may be feeling and allow yourself to move forward into a new year full of peace and success. You see, emotions are magnetic, and we pull into our lives everything which we are feeling. When you are in a constant state of sadness, you will call forth more sadness. So, begin today with a new emotion that will serve you and your greatness. As you begin to heal on the inside, the outside will naturally take form.

Lesson 5: Thoughts Are Things- Stacy Wells Provides Free 30 Day Coaching

"Thought manifest as the word. Word manifests as the deed. Deeds form into habit. Habit hardens character."

— The Buddha
Spiritual Teacher and Founder of Buddhism

Your thoughts are things! Whatever thought you allow in your mind you are either consciously or unconsciously manifesting in your life. Think about a time in your life when you really, really wanted something. Maybe it was a bike that you had to save up for as a kid, or maybe it was that brand new house that you have always dreamed of. Perhaps it was the perfect mate, or an abundance of health. Whatever it was, it started as a thought. It is also true for the very things in life which you do not want! As you allow certain thoughts, they begin radiating a vibration out to the universe, which is then answered in the form of a YES! You say to yourself you’re broke, the answer is YES. When you say to yourself you’re unhappy, the answer is YES. When you allow thoughts of absolute abundance, joy and happiness, the answer is YES. You see you have no control over the universe, but you do have control over your thoughts. Start now by going deep within yourself and creating thoughts of prosperity and harmony for this New Year. When you have a thought that is anything less than who you want to be, take a moment and silently thank your thought for it’s contribution, then picture a large eraser in your mind, and erase that negative thought away. As you begin to change your thought process, take notice of how life around you begins to change as well. For when you fill your mind with positive thoughts, you have no choice but to fulfill them!

Lesson 4: The Good News- Stacy Wells Provides Free 30 Day Coaching

2008 was a year of new beginnings. There was an abundance of change which took place throughout the year. Some of which was good change, and some of which was perceived to be negative. When you turn on the television and more specifically, the news, we are filled to the brim with overwhelming amounts of negativity from all over the world. Change is occurring at a rapid rate. We are in a so called “recession”, and many people have suffered in this time of change financially, emotionally and physically. But remember, YOU get to decide what you believe. If you choose to take a look at all of the change and see the GOOD amongst all of the bad, do you think it would put a different perspective on the way you perceive that particular situation? I can assure you that even in the so called darkest of times, there is a light that shines just as bright. With every bad comes good. You choose how you view this world and if you decide to see the good news, it can change your life. What some people see as a financial crisis in our country, I see as a new found financial awareness! People are starting to make decisions based on needs rather than wants. People have put a hault to charging everything they want and can’t afford onto a credit card, and instead have started purchasing what they need and can afford with cash. We as a society are beginning to live within our means, and that’s GOOD NEWS.

With everything, there is an opportunity to seek out the good that it brings.
If you decided to quit smoking for this New Year, and you slipped up and had a cigarette, it’s good news! It has created an opportunity for you to learn from the situation and move forward into your greatness. For when you choose to view the positive aspects of things, not only will it keep your mind positive and your outlook optimistic, but it will also enrich your spirit. I challenge you to seek out the good news, for there is good news in everything!

Lesson 3: Taking Action. Stacy Wells provides Free 30 Day Coaching

Here we are 3 days into the 2009 New Year. Are you following through with your plans and resolutions? Have you even started taking action or have you already decided it’s too tough to follow through with them? Well my friend, the time is NOW to start taking action and reclaim your life! It is great to have good intentions set for yourself, but unless you get up off the couch and take action towards those intentions, nothing will happen. Let me ask you a question… If you decide that you are going to loose 30 pounds this year and you have made your new beliefs about yourself and you are being accountable for what you put in your mouth, but you DON’T take any action by getting out and exercising, do you think you will loose the full 30 pounds? It’s not very likely! Unless you take ACTION right now in your life, you will not move forward. It’s like getting into your vehicle knowing that you need to drive somewhere, and not taking the action necessary to move forward by pressing on the gas pedal. How can you expect to get anywhere when you don’t press on the gas? Taking action can be as simple as deciding to walk go for a walk around your block, or buying a cantaloupe instead of cookies. Start today, right now and take action in your life!

The action that you take TODAY will show up in your results tomorrow. It will be what separates you from being a person who wishes their life away, and the person who truly “has it all”. You decide, do you want to be a dreamer, or an achiever? The choice is yours, but remember, you won’t be able to go anywhere in life unless you STEP ON THE GAS!!

Lesson 2: Accountability - Stacy Wells provides Free 30 Day Coaching

Now that you have created your new exciting and empowering beliefs for yourself, it’s time to get honest with your self and be accountable for your actions! This step could quite possibly be the most difficult to master or it could be simple depending on the mindset or beliefs that you choose to create for yourself. Either way, once you are accountable for your life, you will begin living at a different level of consciousness and being. First you must take a step back and replay a situation in which you “think” you were the victim. Once you have been the victim, choose to have a new mindset and retell yourself that same story with an accountable version.

Here’s one of my VICTIM stories:

A while back I was traveling in my vehicle when a woman unconsciously ran a red light causing me to T-bone her vehicle while traveling about 40 miles an hour. My vehicle was totaled and I was sent to the hospital. She not only ruined my vehicle, but also my last chance to say goodbye to my Grandfather who was passing away.

Boo Hoo

Now here’s my ACCOUNTABLE version of the same story:

A while back I choose to get into my vehicle to go see my Grandfather who was passing away. As I was traveling down the road, talking on my cell phone, a woman unconsciously ran a red light. I swerved to miss her, and probably could have had I been more conscious myself and not been gabbing away. I T-boned her vehicle and totaled mine. I was sent to the hospital.

The accountable version takes the blame away from the other woman involved and provides a different perspective on the situation. Did it change what happened? Absolutely not! Did it take away from the fact that another party was also involved? No it didn’t! But what it DID do was allow me to share in the situation as an accountable person.

As you go about your days in this New Year, I CHALLENGE you to take a look at every situation in which you are involved and strive to look through accountable eyes. Not only will it give you a different perspective but it will also force you to be honest to yourself.

Be Honest & Be Accountable.
A New Year, New You Awaits !

Lesson 1:Limiting Beliefs - Stacy Wells provides FREE COACHING for the next 30 days.

No one can fix your life for you. You must be willing to open yourself up and take an honest look at who you have become. Your life is something that must be managed on a daily basis. It is not something that can be cured. You can not wave a magic wand and make all of your troubles in life disappear. You are the most powerful force in your life. What must change in your life, is YOU! For those of you waiting for someone to change your life, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you will be waiting an eternity. You must know that you have unlimited power over yourself.

If you have set any New Years Resolutions for yourself for 2009, what will be your plan of action? Do you have one? Willpower alone will only get you so far and then what? You will do what most of the world does, and fall back into your old habitual ways of “living”. If you desire change in your life, you must FIRST change your mindset. There are an unlimited amount of people in your life who have contributed to your “BOGUS BELIEFS” and it is time to take back your power from society, It’s time to regain control of your own mind and limiting beliefs.

Here is your formula for success:

1) Write on a piece of paper, all of your New Year’s Resolutions that you wish to accomplish in 2009.

2) Make a list of all the reasons why you WILL NOT be able to follow through and succeed.

3) Go through your list of all of your “BOGUS BELIEFS” and on a new sheet of paper I want you to create a new belief for each of your old beliefs that will serve you and your best intentions for this New Year.

For example: If one of your “BOGUS BELIEFS” is that it will be too hard to quit smoking, create a new belief such as …. It will be easy for me to quit smoking because I know that I deserve to have an abundance of health in my life.

4) Once you have all of your new beliefs written down, keep them with you at all times. Any time you hear your internal voice replaying that old broken record of “BOGUS BELIEFS”, pull out your list of your new EMPOWERING BELIEFS and read it over and over again until your old "BOGUS BELIEFS" are no longer speaking to you.

Now that you have taken the first step necessary to achieve all your hearts desires for 2009, I can assure you that as you continue on this FREE 30 Day Coaching Series you will be well equipped to master your life.

A New Year, New You has begun!!!
