Lesson 17: Play, Play, Play- Stacy Wells offers FREE Coaching for 30 Days

Think back to when you were 4 years old. For most young children, some of the most difficult decisions in life at that age were whether to play with a set of jacks, or go outside and ride on a bike. Either way, you just couldn’t go wrong. The stresses of the world were practically non-existent. Kids were busy having fun, and being kids. So what happened as you grew up? Why is it that when you became an adult, the childlike spirit that resided within, suddenly diminished? The most common response to that question tends to be...life happens. We suddenly have to “grow up” and take care of responsibilities. Very true!! As adults you do have a certain amount of responsibility, however, that does not give you an excuse to stop having fun with your life! As you experience fun in your life, you allow yourself to experience the joy and excitement of your inner child. In essence, you are experiencing the true, honest, playful child within your soul. The more you open yourself up to experience the entire part of your being, the faster you will learn who you really are inside. Allow that cheerful and lighthearted child within to come out and play today. Maybe you could take a walk to the park and play on the playground, or perhaps you could go roller skating. Whatever it is that you decide to do with the day, be sure to make it full of childlike excitement and fun.

Happy Playing!
